Dress Code
We appreciate a sophisticated aesthetic. Our dress code is Smart Casual or Formal. We kindly ask guests to refrain from wearing flip-flops, athletic wear, or overly casual attire to maintain the restaurant's exclusive ambiance.
Booking Policy
Your timely arrival is much appreciated. We will hold your reservation for 15 minutes. Beyond this window, table availability can no longer be guaranteed.
Each table is reserved for a maximum of 2 hours. Should you wish to stay longer, our team may invite you to relocate to our lounge area (subject to availability) to accommodate the next guests.
Age Limit
Ciel et Saveur is designed to provide a mature and tranquil dining setting. While children are welcome, we recommend an adult environment. Guests under the age of 18 are kindly requested to complete their visit by 7:00 PM to preserve the evening's private atmosphere.
Photography Etiquette
We love seeing your moments at Ciel et Saveur. However, please be mindful of other guests’ privacy and comfort. The use of professional cameras, tripods, lighting gear, or drones requires prior written authorization from management.
Outside Food & Beverages
To ensure our standards of quality and hygiene, outside food and drinks are not permitted, with the exception of birthday cakes. A corkage policy applies to any alcoholic beverages brought from outside.
Safety & Comfort
For everyone's safety and comfort, weapons of any kind, sharp objects, or illegal substances are strictly prohibited within the premises of Ciel et Saveur.
Management Discretion
Admittance is at the discretion of management, who reserves the right to refuse service or ask patrons to leave if they are not compliant with these House Rules or display behavior that disturbs the comfort of others.
